Fairfax District Chic City Oasis 2 BR Apt with Den 136

Pros: I booked the property last minute during a road trip through Arizona and Nevada, as we decided to spend four nights in Los Angeles. Since we didn’t know much about the city, I chose the place somewhat randomly, mainly because it had a kitchen and a washing machine, which we needed. The property turned out to be in a beautiful area near Beverly Hills. The neighborhood was quiet, the houses were immaculate, and the neighbors were friendly. I went for a run every morning around the neighborhood, I actually preferred it over going to the gym because the atmosphere was unbeatable. I absolutely loved the kitchen and all the thoughtful details throughout the house. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Cons: The only reason I’m not giving a 10 is because, although the owner clearly goes above and beyond to provide detailed instructions (including a YouTube video and a dedicated website), we ran into an issue upon arrival. We didn’t have mobile signal, so we couldn’t access the video where the exact location pin was shared. I contacted the owner, and he responded immediately, which we really appreciated. However, it was a bit stressful trying to navigate back and forth with a video that wouldn’t load due to poor signal. I’d suggest the owner include the location pin directly in the confirmation message to avoid this issue in the future.

Perfect accommodation, I would stay here again and again.

Pros: A very nice accommodation with nice location, nothing was missing, the kitchen had everything you need, each room has a Tv, the decor was very nice and we especially liked the small garden with the fire in the evening.

Amazing! Sean and the stay were amazing!

Perfekte Gartenwohnung in sehr guter Lage.

Pros: Die Lage war super, die Betten sehr bequem und es war toll so eine große Gartenwohnung mitten in LA zu bewohnen.

Cons: Es war großartig. Es hat uns wirklich alles gefallen.

Pros: la posizione più che buona, in una zona residenziale e silenziosa. bello avere lavatrice ed asciugatrice a disposizione. cucine ben fornita: forno a microonde, frigo grande americano, cntinetta per vini, tostapane, piano cottura e fprno. 3 letti matrimoniali e 2 bagni, tv nelle camere. bagno suite molto grande

Cons: alcune piccole cose della casa.... una gamba del tavolo si stava per staccare come pure un piede di una poltrona. la lavastoviglie non lavava bene, anzi quasi per niente....

The place to be!

Pros: Een prachtig appartement. Mooi ingericht, comfortabel en goeie voorzieningen. (Zeep voor (af)wasmachine en douchespullen voldoende aanwezig). Snelle communicatie met de host. Lekker om een eigen parkeerplek te hebben. Zwembad en de gym zijn ook top. Appartement zit aan een rustige straat. Goede locatie, midden in LA en zelfs op loopafstand van een aantal bezienswaardigheden. Kortom een echte aanrader!

Cons: Eigenlijk was alles goed! Twee klein puntjes: de patio zat onder boomhars, waardoor niet aantrekkelijk om er te zitten.En de gordijnen hingen wat los uit de rail. Voor ons beiden geen enkel probleem.

PERFECT except for the patio…..

Pros: Excellent location; we were able to walk to many cool places. Beautifully appointed apartment & great pool. We used the pool grill to cook & played hours of ping pong.

Cons: The patio was coated in a thick, sticky sap. After ruining clothes by sitting on the furniture we noticed it covered everything from the floor to the grill to even the gate. Contacted management several times with no response. That was a real bummer as we would have loved to enjoy the outdoor space. Unsure how the cleaners or owners overlooked this issue.

Absolutely loved our stay.

Pros: The apartment complex is very nice with great amenities. The pool and game area is nicely maintained. The rooms are beautiful.

Cons: The master shower could use some shelving, it was difficult to have my stuff on the floor.

Mitten in L.A. gemütlich und perfekt für einen Städtetripp.

Pros: Sehr sauber und hochwertig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Best private place I have stayed in LA

Pros: The location was perfect! Quiet street and neighborhood. Very private and the vibe is amazing. The owner was sooo responsive and accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book this one!
