Daniel was very helpful in helping us change room that was away from the traffic noise.

Pros: Good location walking distance to Ralph’s and 10mins walk to Westfield Century City

Cons: Rooms facing city views too much traffic noise. Should double glazed windows to sound proof the room.

Pros: In room appliances. Coffee maker, microwave, easy ironing board, TV with all the stations that you could watch from different locations.

Cons: Small. No place onsite to buy food.

Pros: It was very clean, what I would expect in a 5 star hotel. Staff were always friendly.

Cons: The noise was off putting. It felt like we were sleeping on the street, the traffic was so noisy.

Pros: We stayed here as we had become unwell and were unable to travel back to Australia. The staff were so accomodating and allowed me to book the same room for an additional night without having to move.

A good, well located hotel at a fair price.

Pros: The property is well located, clean, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were a good size too, which made our stay even more comfortable. I can’t fault our stay.

Lovely place, shame about the road noise

Pros: Room was really spacious and had a lovely balcony area to sleep. The room and all the trimmings were of good quality and it was a really pleasant atmosphere. Parking nearby was fine and we didn't need to spend the money on Valet parking.

Cons: Valet parking was expensive. Front door wasn't in use for some reason so had to use the rear door through the parking. The overwhelmingly negative part though was the windows, they were paper thin and there was a considerable amount of road noise. Fix the windows and we'd come back in a heart beat.
