GREAT LAX AIRPORT HOTEL

Pros: Booking was quick and easy online at the last minute for an overnight stay. Edith at Reception was so lovely after a rather horrific experience at the Airport. She really looked after us and it was a breath of fresh air - the complete opposite of the poor customer service we received at airline check-in for Qantas! The hotel has a very nice feel with warm decor, comfortable furnishings and nice artwork on the walls to make it more homey. Our room was really lovely with a large, extremely comfortable bed, enormous tv, roomy couch, plenty of power outlets and charging ports, excellent luggage storage and a fantastic bathroom with plenty of towels, bench space and the holy grail of hotel rooms: an excellent shower complete with a fully closing sliding door, great drainage and a terrific shower head!!! Literally could not ask for more and we will definitely stay here again when needing an overnight stay for LAX!

Cons: The only negative was that we arrived about 10 minutes to midnight and the cafe was about to shut. Not many options left but we were able to quickly grab a turkey club sandwich and a couple of other things to have a late dinner and we were very grateful we weren't any later.

Pros: I found everything to be perfect , the ambience of the restaurants , the food was great. The hotel room itself was very comfortable and the view was amazing. Very well rested between my flights and much more relaxed and fresh the next day

Best looking airport hotel.

Pros: Great look with the place being completely refurbished. I didn’t like that there is no carpets in the rooms though. I prefer to have some fabric on my feet to be able to walk barefoot. Hard floors drag dust around.

Cons: Staff at front desk were talking about mistakes in front of customers not a great look, a conversation to have at the back.

Extremely nice room but no where to sit outside

Pros: Recently refurbished hotel with a very nice bedroom indeed. I liked everything about the design of the room including the lighting, furniture, sofa and bedding. Very tasteful and relaxing.

Cons: There was nowhere to sit outside - I believe the pool is being updated. But it’s a shame there wasn’t even a terrace to sit in the sun. The fitness room was very small and because there was no music everyone was talking on their phone which was annoying.

Very nice refreshed hotel - currently no pool

Pros: Very nice refurbished bedroom and bath. Giant tv, excellent WiFi, stylish design around he bed, very good soundproofing, nice quality coffee machine and fridge.

Cons: It didn’t say on the website that the pool was being refurbished so there was nowhere to sit outside in the sunshine. This was a shame as the weather was great during my 5 day stay. Also very gym fitness room with no music.

Pros: Close to LAX- room was very nice Bed extremely comfortable

Cons: The cupboard was hidden by the bathroom door and we ended up leaving two jackets behind

Pros: Complimentary shuttle bus from the airport. Convenient location for overnight stays

Comfortable room for calming down after long flights

Pros: - spacious, clean and modern room - coffee and tea available - fridge with plenty of room - fitness center - free shuttle service from and to the airport

Cons: - in house cafeteria was a little overpriced - the bed was a little bit too soft for us

Honestly the comfiest of beds for a those short layovers.

Pros: Honestly the comfiest bed and easy shuttle bus to the airport for those well needed rests and quick layovers. Food was beautiful and just taken back to the room to eat.

Great, but with a sour ending.

Pros: Newly refitted; clean and well presented - plenty of space. Good food options and nice bar.

Cons: Was a problem with late checkout. Couldn’t get into my room as it turned out the late checkout hadn’t been added in the system (these things happen - no biggie). Was sorted but I lost most of the time I had hoped to use to pack at leisure and take a shower and was made to feel this was my fault and that I was causing problems by insisting on not just grabbing my luggage but spending 10 mins to have a shower and check I hadn’t forgotten anything. Very disappointing end to an otherwise great stay.
