Super comfortable, great staff and facilities

Pros: Rooms were a great size and beds were so comfortable

Cons: No room service, had to collect from The restaurant downstairs. It was open early till late and the food was good though

Pros: I used the ticket provided when we pay the hotel fee. I covered some part of breakfast cost. The bed is super comfy.

Good starting point for our California Roadtrip. Comfy beds.

Pros: We just stayed one night after we arrived. It was a good staring point. The restaurant had amazing breakfast which was affordable.

Cons: Just the general area around LAX is not particularly nice

Comfortable stay near the airport with great shuttle service and friendly staff.

Pros: Great location, with a quick and easy shuttle ride to the airport running every 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay smooth and stress-free. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with super cozy mattresses and pillows for a great night’s sleep. Big plus: they’re flexible with late check-in, which is perfect for late arrivals.

The staff were very welcoming & the Executive Lounge is worth it!

Pros: Perfect location near the airport. Free shuttle is a bonus. The Executive Lounge was fantastic! Room was very spacious for the 4 of us. Nice size bathroom also.

Cons: This is an airport hotel, so there isn’t much to do nearby.

Pros: Close to airport and short ride to food and shops.

Cons: Bathroom needs attention, it looked old. There was hair in sink and floor needs better vacuuming a toe nail was found. Also, the water pressure was terrible for both shower and basin.

Convenient location

Pros: The lobby was massive and had a good coffee place and a good restaurant. The room was perfectly fine.

Cons: We had to walk so far to get to the room. Next time I will ask for something closer to the elevators. Also, when a Westin hotel in Los Angeles advertises as having a jacuzzi, I expect it to be bigger than what they offered. It was really tiny.
