Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff.....restaurant food was tasty and valued...rooms with a very workable kitchen and offer of late checkout at no extra cost was very welcomed. The stocking of frozen meals, snacks and icecreams down in foyer was a very professional idea for a weary traveller!

Pros: The free breakfast was great except for the potato cakes, very bland but plenty of other things to choose from. Rooms were more than I expected very luxurious and comfy beds, easy access to drive into the hilton

Cons: Only the potato cakes and that is very minor because of the variety of other food

Pros: The location was perfect, right next to the airport with very easy access. We had a corner room with a nice view, which was great. We stayed for two nights while traveling from Baltimore to Sydney with our kids. We planned to rest in LA after a long flight. On the first night, the room had a slight smell, possibly from the carpet or drain. The kids were extremely tired and fell asleep straight away, so we couldn’t change the room that night. The next day, the reception staff were very helpful and gave us a better room with a great view. The kids loved it. Breakfast at the ground-floor café and restaurant was good and convenient. The shuttle bus service for airport pick-up and drop-off was also very helpful. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with excellent staff. I would definitely book here again.

Cons: Breakfast wasn’t as good as we expected compared to other Homewood hotels. I know there are restaurants on the ground floor, and I don’t think anyone would mind paying a little extra for a better-quality breakfast.

Great stay if you need to be close to the airport.

Pros: The location was excellent; the room was very comfortable for 2 A & 1 teenager; even though we were not there long. Early morning airport shuttle service was great. Breakfast was offered but we had to go too early. We loved the open area on the top floor. Had a great view of Los Angeles and was a relaxing to sit. Close to Subway and liquor store.

Cons: Not ideal for public transport .. quite a walk to Transit Centre, especially if raining, although we were very lucky in that regard. Uber seemed very expensive there.

Amazing accomodation - just read the fine print.

Pros: This was affordable and the room was amazing. The free shuttle to and from the airport was definitely a plus.

Cons: Read the fine print. $300US hold on your card at checkin which I wasn’t expecting. Also check the cancellation fees. I had to cancel 3 weeks before my booking if I wanted to cancel and not pay.

A great location for a short stay!

Pros: Easy, convenient, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: There was a weird odour in the corridors and our room but we couldn’t figure out what it was from? Cleaning products perhaps?

Great location and huge comfy room.

Pros: Great location close to airport. Big room with full kitchen. Wish we’d had longer to enjoy the room. Comfortable bed. Big shower.

Cons: I’ll echo what others say it can be hard to find the right shuttle van it’s Joe’s Airport parking (which is near the hotel). It’s obvious when you find it. Idk why hotel doesn’t help people better by stating this more clearly. Breakfast - food was fine but not good there was so much plastic cutlery etc.

Pros: It was very close to LAX and the free shuttle was great. The bed was comfortable and the suite was very spacious with a full kitchen. Shower was good. Free breakfast. Late check out for $59 for 3 hours, excellent for a late flight. The lift system was efficient.

Pros: Amazing stay! The hotel provides a 24-hour airport shuttle, and Alex at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bed was super comfortable. I was very happy with my experience here — definitely recommend this place!
