Great airport hotel with 24hr shuttle to terminals

Pros: Near the airport; 24-hr shuttle; nice gym; large and clean rooms

Cons: We had a server (young lady) who was very indifferent to giving good service. My partner unknowingly asked for a “flat white” when ordering coffee one morning and the server plainly stated “I don’t know what that is” in a very condescending way. Am I being too sensitive?

Great location

Pros: Great location for a long layover in LA. The staff is great specially Lorena who works on the restaurant that serves the breakfast, she was amazing with us.

Cons: Breakfast should have a few more options and the French toast wasn't good at all

Perfect for what I needed

Pros: 5 minutes from the terminal at LAX, was perfect for what I needed, late arrival and early departure. Didn’t wait long for hotel shuttle. Would definitely stay again for a LAX layover.

Cons: Nothing, all good.

Pros: Very close to the airport. Room was clean. Very nice and decent gym. This was my second time, overall amazing experience and i will be coming back

Cons: There is nothing really i did not like. I stayed in the hotel for basically one night only and it attended all of my needs. The staff is incredible and so sweet, nothing to complain
