Nice weekend stay

Pros: Nice hotel with a good location near the heart of Glendale and around 20 or so mins to universal studios. The foyer and entrance to the hotel is inviting and pleasant. They have a nice restaurant with a great breakfast buffet. The breakfast was had a nice range of options including eggs, bacon, hash browns, omelets to order as well as some cold meats, eggs and a range of milks. They also had some bread choices as well as 4 different juice options and coffee. The room was well appointed all though the beds were a little on the small side. The view was pretty good and the bathroom was very nice also. My kids loved the pool and swam in it and played with the supplied range of balls for hours. They have some nice lounges and some umbrellas also. We didn't use the gym but this looks pretty stocked with all you need to workout Overall we had a nice stay.

Cons: The only gripes we had were that the water out of the faucet didn't hear up it was instantly boiling resulting in my daughter burning her self, we had to pay $10 for a microwave to be brought up to the room and the $35 a day parking charge is a bit steep in my opinion considering this was not a cheap hotel. Also we came here for a wedding anniversary and when we advised them if this the staff said that as we had purchased the stay through a 3rd party they were not interested in offering anything complimentary which was fine we just though their response was a little rude.

Pros: The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. the ambience of the hotel on arrival was also very inviting and we liked that. The breakfast was yummy and the staff were just so professional and attentive. It really made our holiday feel special and we appreciate that

Cons: The water for showering was tepid, even though the car parking was meant to be paid for though the hotel I have been charged $29 for the evening stay, the bar staff were great but seemed when we went down to the bar they was keen to be closing up for the evening even though plenty of people was down the bar area, unsure on bar closing times,

Pros: That's good, but they only have laundry service on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Close to Griffith Observatory and Universal Studios

Pros: Quarto com bom espaço. Fica a 20/35 minutos dos pontos turísticos de LA. Mas perto tem 2 shoppings com as melhores lojas. Então achei ótimo.

Cons: Chuveiros fracos. De resto muito bom.

Pros: We liked the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the comfort and the breakfast was great.

Cons: I'm not a fan of paid parking!
