Wonderful

Pros: New clean large room with lots of storage, comfy bed, the kitchenette and not to forget the modern bathroom.

Cons: Limited breakfast, prefer healthy options.

Comfortable and enjoyable.

Pros: I didn’t try the breakfast as i cooked in my room. The location was perfect - easy access to shops and also to the freeway to get around LA. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and plenty big for me. Quiet location too, didn’t get awoken by traffic.

Cons: Some way of getting food in the afternoon/evening, even if just sandwiches.

Lovely place to stay n Glendale

Pros: Rooms were spacious, comfy, clean, well equipped, quiet. Nice reception, convenient little mini market, small pool outside, staff friendly

Cons: Breakfast was dull and not many options. Water pressure in shower was not great and water felt a bit chalky.

Pros: good neighbourhood, clean, big rooms, great breakfast compared to other US locations.

Cons: loud neighbors, who don’t respect the meaning of nighttime. But it’s not the hotel’s fault!

Excellent hotel in every way

Pros: Cleanliness, large room with very functional layout, well appointed. Love the auto bathroom lighting

Cons: Breakfast is varied and generous for normal folks. Unfortunately unsuitable for someone with coeliac disease needing GF. Language barrier meant could not eat even a serve of scrambled egg as no one could answer if the egg was cooked on a separate utensil to gluten containing foods. There was a banana and apple but both a little past “use by”.

Pros: Very accomodating and very warm and helpful. Most of all honest..i losr my engagement eing and they gave it back to me

It was fabulous. I would visit again.

Pros: I enjoyed making my own waffle. Breakfast was fantastic. I loved the beautiful spacious room. I was able to focus on important work close to the venue. Room was quiet.

Cons: I reserved a taxi in the morning but the taxi was 40 min late and got me anxious. The taxi company made the mistake of arranging it 30 min later, but the staffs could have helped a little more about me getting more and more worried that I would miss my flight. They helped only when I asked several times. Showing care would've been ever better.

Always an excellent stay when I travel to the Los Angeles area.

Pros: The breakfast is always great. Love the pretty area where you can eat. The hotel is always so clean and the outside courtyard is my favorite.

Cons: I would love to see car chargers.

The hotel and employees were very nice, but $40 per day parking is a bit extreme!

Pros: All of the staff members were friendly and welcoming. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. There were a lot of choices at breakfast and the breakfast lounge area was nicely appointed. I would stay there again.

Cons: We had to do a manual check in because the hotel computer system was down. The fire alarm went off and all quests had to briefly evacuate around 9:30 PM. Our check-in clerk said we would not have to worry about parking. We assumed that was because of the way we had to check-in with by having them make photo copies of our licenses and credit card. However, we had to pay $40 per day at the exit gate in order to get out of the garage.
