Overall, it was a great hotel experience, though the stairs made it challenging to bring in luggage.

Pros: The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing an excellent night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to the event I was attending made it super convenient. I also loved the decor, which added a unique charm to the overall experience.

Cons: While my stay at the boutique hotel was enjoyable, there were a couple of downsides. The lack of an elevator meant I had to navigate several flights of stairs to reach both the front desk and my room, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the parking area was quite far from the hotel entrance. If you're okay with a little extra walking, it's still a lovely place to stay!

Pros: Upgraded us to a king; comfortable bed, great location, clean bathroom. Managed to park for free for the evening

Cons: The hallways could be touched up, but didn't affect our stay. And the room was very comfortable, which is all that mattered to us

Pros: Perfect location, close to everything. Able to safely walk around at night. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Quiet hotel - never heard any noise during the night while sleeping.

Cons: The parking is alittle odd, parking a block away in an outside parking lot but I did notice an attendant checking the cars which made me feel confident that someone would be periodically checking in on the lot. Very steep stairs, there is no elevator. A lift mechanism would be helpful, especially for those who can't take the stairs and would have to miss out on staying in this charming older hotel. So pack light when staying here.

Pros: The ambience of the lobby and inside decor was a very pleasant surprise compared to how the outside looks like a continuous portion of a strip mall. I like the theme of the decor. The furniture in the room and the details were very cozy and well decorated. The room was comfortable, secure and quiet. First time actually taking photos of a hotel room and sent to friends. Would stay again.

Cons: The stairs are very steep both from the front and back side entrance.

Perfect for what we needed!

Pros: Loved the history and style of decor. Front desk staff very friendly. Excellent location, great bakery a couple doors down.

Pros: The rooms were beautiful with elegant furniture and extremely comfortable bedding. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great! Tip: Park in the designated lot first (without paying anything). Then check-in to get your parking pass and return to your car to display it.

Pros: It was quite with a very comfortable bed Just minutes from the Rose Bowl and Burbank airport

Cons: The stairs were the only real drawback but we did know about it before hand

Pros: Great location next to the Glendale mall, good service nice clean rooms and everything in the rooms is always stocked up

Cons: Walls are a little thin so be warned you may hear more than you want to

Pros: Few amenities but good value. Don't be surprised to open the front door and see a long staircase in front of you. No elevator. Otherwise, it is fine and just yards from Porto, a fabulous place for food, casual, cafeteria like and great value, tastes.
