We would return but would use $9 parking about a block away

Pros: The Queen bedding was very comfortable and the staff were just lovely and very helpful. Loved that we could use the microwave in dining area as needed and staff assisted with boiling water for our cups of tea

Cons: The pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable according to my grandson. Very thin mattress. The parking fee was very high . Cheaper parking around the corner

Perfect location for Universal Studio visit

Pros: Great location for visiting Universal Studios. (15 min) it right next to a large shopping mall. great options for breakfast outside. nice lobby. great view from the window.

Cons: the hotel breakfast was a bit slim. the room was a bit crowded for a family of 5, but for 4 its perfect. parking in the hotel is 50$ per night... there are a lot of public parking lots around.

Pros: Breakfast was decent, room was nice and large with house keeping coming often. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. In a nice safe area with lots of shops nearby

Friendly, helpful staff and clean, bright rooms make this hotel a good choice to stay at.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good sized rooms.

Cons: Noise from corridors can easily be heard in the rooms. Unfortunately had some noisy guests right opposite.

Very nice hotel in a good location, would stay here again

Pros: Lovely spacious room, the pull out sofa was comfortable for the young one. Nice pool and good breakfast. The location is very handy for eating and shopping in Glendale and safe at nighttime.
