Pros: Convenient location. The rexeption staff was friendly and courteous, they were happy to help us out with directions and indications about local shops around and public transport. Breakfast was very good. Accommodation was clean and quiet. Shuttle bus was easily arranged and service was fast. Happy to come back.

Pros: Our go to hotel in Los Angeles visit. This time we stayed at the hotel for just one night before moving on elsewhere. Close to the airport, but far enough away at the same time. A clean hotel with good rooms and parking facilities. Standard breakfast. Nearby (though not quite within walking distance) there are shops, restaurants, and a Starbucks. We will definitely return again later.

Pros: Huge, modern, clean bedroom and bathroom. Nice staff and great location. The free airport shuttle was a big plus. Breakfast was good.

Shuttle to LAX- NOT a 24 hour service

Pros: The restaurant was closed, but the staff helped me by suggesting options like the restaurant at the hotel next door or ordering through Uber Eats. It’s about 10 minutes from the shopping area by car.

Cons: I booked this hotel because of the complimentary shuttle to LAX, but be aware that it only runs starting at 6 a.m.—it’s not a 24-hour service. Unfortunately, this made it useless for me, and I only found out after receiving the confirmation email.

Pros: A good hotel located close to the airport. We were here for one night. Room was large and beds were comfortable. We arrived just before 8am and our room was available, which was amazing given we just got off a 14 hour flight. The buffet breakfast isn't much, but it has the staples so you will get a feed. The rooms could do with a refresh and the a/c could be quieter, but our stay was comfortable.

Hotel was acceptable for one night stay.

Pros: Breakfast was okay as takeout. Shuttle driver was not acceptable. Did not offer step to get out of van. Also we reserved ride for 8:30 am to airport and the driver left without us. Ended up paying for uber .

Cons: Transportation not acceptable. No step offered and wife fell when getting out . Driver never even offered help.
