Pros: The official check-in time was 4:00 pm, but the staff kindly allowed us to check in earlier. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us, especially after traveling 18 hours from Singapore to Los Angeles and needing plenty of rest after the long flight.

Very comfortable, quiet and close to commerce and beach

Pros: The room was great. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was really nice, even when my room wasn't ready at my arrival, they were very apologetic and sweet, and the cookie was a wonderful touch.

Cons: Everything was great.

Good location, cleanliness not the best

Pros: The place was close to the airport but the shuttle only comes around once in an hour to collect you. We couldn't ring them to tell them we were waiting but then knew the time of our flight. Eventually I asked someone to ring them for me and never picked up the phone.

Cons: The bathroom wasn't clean. The taps and mirror had soap marks and toothpaste over them still.

It was Wonderful stay and holidays..

Pros: Quiet Location and Very near from Airport. Easy parking availability and facility. Bed mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. All groceries are available by walking distance.

Cons: Parking charges are little high. Please provide at least 2 water bottles everyday.
