Pros: The hotel is situated downtown LA close to LA LIVE/crypto.com arena/LA convention centre. Very friendly personel, large rooms, very nice gym. The pool was closed unfortunately, so I cannot comment on this.

Cons: Getting surprised with extra charges on check out. The added on location fees should be optional as we hardly used them.

Dream location - Lakers

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room and the perfect location for a Lakers game all at an affordable price - we couldn’t have been happier!!

Cons: Last minute room change meant we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves but the room was an upgrade so we were not complaining!!

Great spot to stay for events at crypto arena

Pros: We went for one night only to go to the lakers game so this was absolutely perfect for this reasoning. Close to good food and drinks

Cons: The property was great but location outside of needing to just go to crypto.com arena wouldn’t be recommended. For the reasoning we were there though, it was perfect. Valet parking took a bit long

Happy with the location as it was just a short walk back to the hotel after watching the Lakers game.

Pros: The hotel is just 3 mins walk from the Crypto.com Arena. Super convenient to walk over for NBA game. Checking in and out was easy and the staffs were friendly. The gym is just at my room level, it is pretty big and well equipped.
