Perfect short stay before early morning flight!

Pros: All the staff were friendly and eager to help. Super helpful with shuttles and an early breakfast!

Cons: The fold out sofa bed needed a mattress topper very uncomfortable. Hot water took a VERY long time to come thru to the taps.

Pros: The building itself was beautiful & classy. With a yummy breakfast & coffee & Christmas Day when I was supposed to see my brother, I got a horrible cold & stayed in bed all day. I was on the 3rd or 4th floor facing the Verdugo mountains & it was a great restful day & I flew home the next day. It was actually a beautiful relaxing day thanks to your facilities & services. Thanks for that

Pros: The staff were very friendly and attentive. The wonderful guys doing the valet were amazing. Prompt, friendly and so nice. They really stood out. Also, our room was just what we needed. I also liked that breakfast was offered for a large window of time each morning (6-10 am) as well as milk and cookies each evening. They were also kind enough to let us check in pretty early. We were thankful for that because it was pouring down rain outside and we didn't have anything else to do.

Cons: Just thought the beds could have been a bit better. They were really springy. The pillows weren't that great either.

Cons: The $34 per night mandatory valet fee seemed excessive and was not mentioned in any hotel information prior to booking. The breakfast was okay, but limited and we had a hard time finding a clean table.

Excellent place to stay

Pros: All of the staff were friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the was a wide variety of options. The valet service was a treat and reasonably priced.

Pros: Hampton Inn at Burbank was great. Was in a good location. Right across from a college. Nice little restaurants in walking distance. The room was comfortable, staff friendly and breakfast was good.

Cons: The windows could be more sound proof to keep all highway noise out. Most of the time traffic was not noticeable. Also, make sure you don't get charged parking fees when you never had a car. Other than that it was a great stay.

Overall great place to stay, a bit pricey but its worth it
