A good business hotel

Pros: I loved the pool on the second floor and sunbathing there. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. It's lovely that they offer a shuttle to Universal Studios, with a lovely driver who shared good tips. Liked the gym as well, just missed rowing.

Cons: The coffee machine in the room was old and not good. It's a shame no breakfast was included in the price. The first room they gave me smelled weird, but luckily they offered me another one very quickly, it was likely due to them washing the carpets and a humidity smell might have remained.

Pros: The bar attendant at EDB - Eat Drink Be was great - very thorough and very helpful.

Cons: Nothing - it was a great stay - we would definitely stay again!

Short but very relaxing and restful.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were wonderful.

Cons: That I was only staying one night.

Pros: Bar located right next to the pool, pool toys for the kids, comfortable beds, spacious room, conveniently located

Cons: Need more drawer space in rooms, better stocked supplies(bath towels, wash cloths, coffee creamer) expensive room, parking fees

Pros: Checking in was quick and efficient same for check out The room was big and comfortable

Cons: We had next door neighbors with a baby and the walls are thin… the baby cried a lot at night and the last morning an alarm clock rang for 15mn a 5.30… no one was in the room… luckily when I called the front desk someone came quickly to turn it off

Pros: Riley checked us into the hotel and when I mentioned to him that last year, I had access to the concierge lounge he added it to my room and my colleagues. We were leaving very early in the morning for a shuttle to the airport, so we did not get to take advantage of the breakfast or desserts, but we did stop by right before 930pm to grab an apple and banana to eat for breakfast the next morning on the plane! Very helpful since most places were closed at the Burbank airport that early in the morning when our plane left. Thank you Riley! Your kindness did not go unnoticed!

Great place to stay in Burbank.

Pros: The staff and outside restaurant were terrific! Shuttle to the airport was a bonus!

Cons: The room was old and stale.

Pros: Able to check in early, nice pool set up, having vending machine for forgotten items, comfortable rooms.

Cons: No non decaf coffee in the room, stains on the shower curtain and took a while for water to heat up on the 6th floor.

Pros: Check-in was easy. Facilities were clean, restaurant on site was nice with late check-in

Cons: Everything was wonderful. Wife was happy. Meant a lot when traveling

Pros: The on demand airport shuttle was really wonderful and made our traveling easier.
