Fabulous location and a beautiful pool.

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Universal and the surrounding attractions. Good sized rooms and a tasty breakfast.

Cons: We liked everything but at times the lifts were a bit slow. Not a complaint just an observation.

Pros: Couple of things no ice on floors brought it up staff went beyond n got me ice, door dashed some dinner, asked staff for utensils BOOM coming right up! N three very very quiet, lots of families with children but never heard a peep! Will return for another visit!

Cons: Just no ice in vending machines but staff took care of that

First time stay - pretty happy!

Pros: Super easy hotel experience - first time at the property. Loved the space - everything nice and easy. Huge lobby with sweeping staircase. Great outside space with grills, seating, pool, outdoor games and a hot tub.

Cons: Like everyone else says - the parking is expensive! Not a huge amount going on in the area, but works well as a hub.

Great location, comfortable, clean and pleasant hotel.

Pros: Great front staff and facilities. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Parking was convenient.

Cons: While the closet was larger than expected, it smelled like old moth balls. Also, please give the showers a lower handheld option especially for older and shorter guests. My mother could not reach the shower head to adjust it away from wetting her hair.
