Travel Inn

Pros: I really appreciated the check in accommodations the lady working made for us. We had to move hotels and check in was supposed to be 3 or later but she had let us check in early due to having no place to go.

Pros: How clean the restrooms are and the privacy is great. Not to mention it has a TV that actually works unlike other motels I have stayed in. With WiFi. I love it there for sure I will stay there again.

Cons: It would be nice to have a microwave oven and a coffee machine. Disposable plates and utensils maybe. Other than that I have no complains.

Great for the price

Pros: The room was clean, smelled nice, and very comfortable. The area is known to be a questionable area, but this place is very good overall. Reasonable price, safety, cleanliness.

Cons: Nothing that reflects on the business. There was a disturbance by another guest, but that was one time and didn't last long. Also, but I'm kinda a cheapskate, if there were better rates for longer stays, that'd be helpful for me. But overall, nothing negative... except maybe spray more often for ants during summer months... but the ants weren't excessive

Pros: Room was surprisingly clean. Looking from outside didn’t expect much but great stay for money.

Cons: Location was good for proximity to where I need to get to however the neighborhood was a little questionable. Looking from outside I would’ve not stayed but inside was very clean.

Good value for your money

Pros: The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The price is reasonable, rooms are spacious and we will definitely stay here again in the future. This motel is right next door to a restaurant that has excellent food.

Cons: There isn't enough sound insulation and the sound carries. You might hear the guests upstairs stomping around or people in the parking area yelling to each other.

At the last minute

Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very quick and easy to re book my room on short notice. Rates were very fair.

Cons: The location is in a more Industrial part of the Valley. It's a bit crowded around the premises at night. It doesn't feel very safe to go out of the rooms in the later hours. I'm asleep anyways so it didn't affect my stay. At one point I needed ice at about midnight, I quickly decided against leaving my room due to some loud confrontation happening in the parking lot. I got ice in the morning.

Our construction worker said to rate your hotel good.

Pros: Everything was good, no bugs, received daily cleaning and bed was comfortable. Especially like that our worker had a refrigerator and microwave. He had a bad experience at another hotel last month. Owner appreciates your affordable price rate for his worker.

Cons: Everything was excellent, thanks for your great service, our company will make hotel reservations with your Travel Inn again if we have a job in that area again.
