Charming 3BR House - Hal-UC

Pros: Location and value for money are absolutely great!

Pros: It relatively big. The decor was simple and nice. Though there was some nitty issues, owner has been promptly helping. Very nice, quiet and peaceful location. Close to most of the places we are visiting.

Cons: Didn’t know there was another small house behind us that was shared. The washer and dryer, while been part of the house I stay, was shared with that little house behind. Owner could have highlighted this during reservation stage.

Makes us feel at home and welcomed

Pros: Very nice area, the moment you are inside you feel that you can call that place a home. Very warm and cozy. Very comfortable and well taken care off and very well prepared for our arrival.

Cons: The airconditioning fan quite loud but we are tired from everyday activity so it doesn’t bother us at all.

Pros: Nice house. Very spacious and outside area and off road parking. Area felt nice and safe. Kitchen good size and use of washing machine and tumble dryer very useful. Host sorted all our issues quickly with some minor exceptions. Fridge and freezer nice and roomy. Oven and microwave all food.

Cons: The air con was very noisy.

An excellent flat - very comfortable and convenient for LA

Pros: This bungalow by Cubier was in a lovely location, in a cul-de-sac, with on-street parking adjacent to the property. It was clean and very comfortable and was very well appointed with everything we needed. The owner/agent responded quickly to any communication and to changes in our circumstances with no issue what so ever. It was a pleasure to stay in the bungalow, and I'd be happy to recommend this highly. The detailed documents outlining expected behaviour ensured that we were able to meet the owner/agents expectations without too much difficulty.

Cons: The rules sent were very detailed, and perhaps a little condescending, but the fines indicated seemed very steep to me. Although I appreciate that my be just the normal expected when usng AirBnb.

Pros: It is a charming house, very comfortable, enough space in rooms, good beds, beatiful living room and the kitchen well equiped. The neighborhood very quiet. Good location. All very clean.
