Great stay

Pros: Typical American motel. A little dated…. But that’s what we liked about it. Great sized rooms. Laundry room. Clean, functional, convenient. Staff were excellent. Informative, welcoming and helpful. Nice coffees and pastries in the morning. Thank you!

Unpretentious, pleasant hotel.

Pros: A slice of America for this Brit. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are dated, but I like that. Everything worked, and the beds were firm, so got a good couple nights sleep. Simple breakfast with good coffee and pastries. The motel is close to shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and cafes. The laundry room was very welcome for a touring band. Really liked this place.

Great value for the money

Pros: The room was spacious, had all needed amenities. Wifi was also working very good. The place seemed really clean.

Cons: The sound isolation is not the best, you could hear your neighbors.

Pros: Very friendly personel on reception desk, taking care and initiatives, proactive service. Little breakfast, coffee and thee was best strat of the day. Location is perfect to see Universal Studios or Beverly Hills.

Cons: Rooms need more love & care, upgrade and follow up on maintanance. Place can be better, care off, need investment in remiving short commigs and legacy.

Great for a trip to Universal studios

Pros: Super nice staff, really helping. Great location close to Universal studios and stores and restaurants. Overall good condition and well equiped. Comfortable beds.

Cons: The air conditioning was very loud, and we didn't try the swimming pool because it looked too green (algae).

Pros: Big spacious family room that was clean and comfortable. Served a purpose for our needs for the cost. Would recommend for a cheaper option in the area

Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only complaint is the skimpy coffee and the bathroom water didn’t heat up enough. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Pros: WiFi needs upgrading. Had to ask quite a few times for them to switch it off and on again. As I couldnt connect several times. But they were always happy and quick to rectify things
