It was lovely and I will stay there again.

Pros: The design, the comfort, everything except food meals.

Cons: I ordered dinner on two separate nights. Both dinners were smothered in too much sauce. The pomodoro on the angel hair pasta was drowning it. That's not supposed to be how it is served. Also, the pasta was over cooked. But the service was great. The sourdough rolls were delicious.

Overall was a great time

Pros: Over all it was a great experience sa in the few times I’ve stayed.

Cons: This trip had a couple of issues. The drain in the bathroom sink drained really slow, as if it was clogged. jacuzzi was barely hot and the chair lift for disabled guests was hanging above the middle of the jacuzzi.took twenty minutes before someone came. I understand things happen. Still made the most of it. Will be back again.

Great experience, will come back

Pros: The staff was great, very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant had good food. Parking was easy and secure. Very quiet and relaxing to stay there.

Cons: The pool was not open at time of stay.

Overall it was a great stay

Pros: Staff was friendly, room was spacious, bed was comfortable

Cons: One of the room keys did not work at all. The 2nd key worked only intermittently. Would have appreciated more bottles of water in the room.

Once we got situated on the 4th floor - all was good and quiet.

Pros: The room we were originally given was on the first floor. The people above us were loud so we could not sleep. We called the desk clerk and he eventually gave us a nice room on the 4th floor when he realized the people above us continued with noises. The desk clerk was cordial, pleasant and accommodating.

I would totally stay here again.

Pros: Staff was very nice, room and facilities were great. They texted me daily to ask how its going, which was nice. I let them know that the guests in room above mine were noisy, the 2nd night was quiet, but the 3rd morning they were up early stomping around again. This is not the hotels' fault. That was the only thing i found that was a problem. Everything else was amazing. I would totally stay here again.
