Excellent hotel with great staff and spacious rooms

Pros: The size of the room and the facilities. Also the location.

Cons: There were events on 3 of the 5 nights which affected the use of the restaurant and bar.

Overall was a great place to stay and will defiantly be coming back.

Pros: Location was perfect for us. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bar staff and Restaurant staff were great. Staff at check were good but not everything was consist with our group. They all had different experience during check in, over all good though. Lobby was a nice place to hang out with our group. Enjoyed the happy perks as well. Christian was great even when it was busy for him. Delicious breakfast options even the dinner menu had a good selection and hit the spot when you really didn't want to leave.

Cons: Our towels and toiletries were replenished but beds were not made. I do not recall being notified there was not going to be housekeeping. While hanging out in the lobby the group before us made a mess on the floor. The next night the chips were still on the ground. Furniture was rearranged but chips were still there.

Pros: Excellent breakfast, omlett was very good as were the rest of the breakfast. Staff was also very nice and accomadting.

Cons: They failed to make our room up one day.

Couldn't have been any better!

Pros: Breakfast was awesome. The bar was great! Ice machine close to the room was great! Parking was easy. The gym, pool, and Lounge were clean and very nice.

Cons: Nothing! Everything was excellent.

The key problems and happy hour issues will lead me to try other hotels in the area.

Pros: I like the breakfast the omelet will always be a plus for me. The pastries were bad but overall I would do it again. Happy hour was not worth attending, there was nothing to eat but some chips. My wife and I agreed we felt short-changed.

Cons: We had a lot of trouble with the keys, it would take four or more tries to get into the room. The back door from the parking lot only worked one time. The rest of the time the back door had everybody knocking to get in. The problem was not fixed before we left.
