My stayt was excellent. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and friendliness.

Pros: +I would have preferred a little more choice, but what I had was good. Staff were frtiendly and efficient. Overasll, it was a pleasureable experience.

Pros: I like how it is close to all the locations in Anaheim and the fact that it has a coffee shop (Starbucks) in the morning. I love that it has easy access to the Marriott and the Hilton (next door)

Overall the hotel was OK. I will not be booking again due the charge of parking and the smell on the sheet’s.

Pros: I liked that the property is close to different restaurants and shopping centers. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was very quiet and dark!

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that we were charge for parking. I have never been to a hotel in the area of Palmdale that charges for parking when we’re staying and paying for a room. The blankets and sheets smelled dirty I couldn’t really sleep due to the smelled.
