Hampton Inn & Suites Palmdale

Comfortable, good breakfast

Pros: Comfortable room, spacious, good breakfast for American standards.

Cons: The 15 dollars parking fee is a moneygrab for a ''deserted' place like Palmdale in general and the hotel specifically. Pool was not available unexpectedly.

Nice location close to shopping and restaurants

Pros: The staff was friendly , my room was spotless. Having a bathtub was a plus since my daughter loves her baths.

Cons: I can’t think of anything

Pros: The breakfast was good, clean and organized. My kids loved it!

Despite the smell in the lobby, everything else was excellent.

Pros: The convenience of having my own space and being close to my family, whom I was visiting. I didn't have to worry about breakfast; I had options to choose from for breakfast. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. This was my first time at this hotel, and I will definitely stay here in January for my next vacation.

Cons: The smell in the lobby/reception area was horrible. I was nervous when I went in, but as soon as we got in the elevator to go to our room the smell disappeared. There was something in the lobby that smelled like teenager's feet with a sewage pipe. I stay there 2 days and every time I will pass thru the lobby that smell was there.

This is my second stay here and I’d love to stay again just hope for a slightly better experience next time with parking

Pros: The property is nice and in a very good location with lots of different options of places to eat and shop. It was clean and the staff were nice.

Cons: I requested a room with a couch via a note on the app and a couple of emails but never received a response. On check-in day they were all sold out so I wasn’t able to get one. I was also misinformed about the other door that was near my room. I was told it was another entrance I could use but the key didn’t work and the sign on the door said exit only. Parking near the front door was limited.

Pros: Good complimentary food. Overall everything was very clean and organized, met my expectations. Thank you front desk for your attention.

Cons: Just work on not asking too much questions when getting the WIFI..It makes you sign up and enter all your personal INFO.

Pros: The clean location and nice size rooms had plenty space. The recliner seat in the room was perfect for reading and just relaxing!

Cons: The staff were a bit unfriendly and no hot coffee/tea in the lobby upon arrival!

GREAT LOCATION & Breakfast too!

Pros: Good light6 in Parking lot. Staff was visible. Room was tidy. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD! Glad I was able to have Late Check out too.

Cons: Pool was cooler than expected. Fitness Ctr was not open. No Pool Towels. Pay Parking . Need more options for Dairy Free breakfast.

Stayed for softball tournament, short drive to the fields and the microwaves and fridge in the room was so great

Pros: Soft comfortable beds, location in middle of shopping center

Cons: Our bathtub was either stained or dirty

Pros: Didn't charge extra for late checkout, had to change rooms due to a door issue by they handled it very quickly.

Cons: There was a hair in the bathroom that wasn't ours.
