Great location, super clean and fresh facilities, very kind staff.
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at Mayumi. The location was perfect and made everything very convenient. The hotel was super clean and the facilities felt fresh, modern and very well maintained. You can really see that they take great care of the property. The staff was also extremely kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again!
Cons: Maybe the limited variety of breakfast options, it would be great to have more choices like fresh vegetables, meats and cheeses to make it even better.

Very cool hotel, very close to the airport, funky.
Pros: Loved the hotel, super well built out and designed, very funky + cool. Employees were all very nice and the localization was exceptional. The breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Decor of the place also cool. Literally 10 minutes from the airport.
Cons: Rooms are on the small side. Bathroom kind of sitting on top of the bed. I went alone and thought it was tight. For a couple, probably a bit on the tighter. Parked on the side of the hotel, but don't think there's dedicated parking.

Pros: The room was clean and seemed brand new. The bathroom was large and very functional. The main common room of the property was very well designed and maintained, serving as a hall, office, reception, and breakfast area. Breakfast was very good, although sweet only and with a limited selection. The staff was very kind and helpful. Complimentary bottled water was provided on the first day. Excellent value for money, especially considering Los Angeles prices! I would definitely stay here again if I return to the city. The neighborhood was clean and quiet, with free parking spots right in front of the property.
Cons: The only downsides were the absence of a microwave or kettle and the bed being a bit narrow.

Pros: The staff and service were fantastic, totally a 10/10. The location was great - very close to where I needed to be and close to a Pavilions/Target, but also in a safe and cute neighbourhood. Loved that it was possible to find free on-street parking too.
Cons: My only complaint was that my ground floor room faced the street and my bed was only feet away from the sidewalk outside, and I wasn't sure how much people outside could see in with the non-blackout curtain. It felt like I had to choose between privacy and light. The bed was also wedged in between the wall and the shower and it would have been a tight fit for two people, but was cozy for one person.
