Great value

Pros: Spacious room, well stocked with amenities. Location was very close to the airport and easy for drivers to find. Breakfast was excellent with very attentive service. Beds very comfortable, all staff were very friendly.

Cons: Gym was adequate, but could have done with at least one machine for legs, and some heavier dumbbells. Fine for a hotel gym overall.

Pros: I loved my stay at the Hilton, the rooms were tidy, the staff were courteous and kind. Everything had its designated area which I loved!

Great location. A nice place to stay as you tour LA.

Pros: I liked the layout, facilities and size of the rooms. I also liked the pool.

Cons: The machines couldn’t process my Visa card. I’d recommend adding alternative ways to pay. Hotel events could also liven things up.

Excellent, hotel.The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Pros: An excellent hotel in a situation that suited our needs.

Cons: The toilet in our room was backing up. This happened twice . We tried to call reception from the phone in our room, which indicated the number to call, but it didn't work. We had to go to recetion to report this which was annoying.. .We were told later at reception that we should have dialed 0, but that wasn't made clear. The toilet problem was dealt with promptly once it was reported.
