Pros: Great location, friendly staff, good size room, modern and clean.

Cons: One of the days the phone lines were down. This was a huge inconvenience. We needed more towels and wanted to order room service. When we finally did, there was a discrepancy with the order and it took a long time to get resolved.

We had an excellent stay and may visit again but only for short trips due to the price

Pros: A good modern hotel with good facilities, nice design and everything was very well done

Cons: Parking valet only, but seemed reasonably efficient. The price is probably well judged considering the quality, design and facilities but it’s not cheap!

We had a good couple of days here and look forward to visiting again

Pros: This is a good modern, quality hotel. It’s a little out of the centre of Culver City, but a little quieter as a result and there are a few cafe and restaurant options nearby

Cons: It’s not cheap. Everything here seems overpriced though and at least you get some quality for your money. I would have considered it a bit noisy if I hadn’t experience of other options in the area, which were far noisier.

Pros: The king room was very comfortable and very clean. All of the staff were unfailingly helpful. The Butterfly restaurant is a lovely spot for a drink.

Cons: It was frustrating to only have valet parking. The only way for us to have access to our car (to fetch or store things) was to have the staff go into the garage and bring the car to the check in area. Not sure the hotel is worth the cost when traveling personally, but probably great if traveling for business. Be aware there is a \

Pros: Front desk staff was incredible. I was offered a bottle of wine for my birthday

Cons: It's pricey for what the hotel offered. Also, the restaurant staff (both) weren't aware of a promotion going on at the restaurants for a free appetizer which was embarrassing.
