Cool Downtown Hotel Experience

Pros: The hotel has everything you need, with a curated open-minded decoration and very elegantly mixed industrial materials with comfort. The staff were beyond expectations and always kind and helpful, even answering the smallest silly questions. They will offer us water or help with extras to make the stay perfect. The building shares access to multiple restaurants and a gym, so there's no need to go outside and it also allows takeaway deliveries. There's a pool, terrace and entertainment on some nights, and it seemed very cool. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy them as I was on a work trip with long days.

Cons: The only thing that I found not so on point is how easy the outdoor sound filters into the room (traffic or terrace sounds).

Cons: No fridge in room Most of the bars closed Monday - Wednesday

Great location, clean rooms and great views

Pros: Close to Crypto Stadium easy access to shops. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons: Needed a mini bar in the room and a few more toiletries would have been useful.

We enjoyed our stay a lot!!!!

Pros: Location is awesome at the heart of LA. You can quickly get around, Metro station behind the hotel. We travelled by car so only used that for transportation. Room had a spectacular view over the skyline of LA, our receptionist was sooooo helpful and friendly \

Cons: The breakfast wasn't good value for money, I have definitely eaten better, it was served on the top floor, great view but expensive and not such a good selection. Apart from that, all good!

Great stay, great location - Shame about the hidden fees

Pros: The location was excellent, small pool area but lots of facilities, bars and restaurants along with the Crypto Arena just round the corner.

Cons: I didn't appreciate being surprised with a 90 dollar fee for (City/Hotel Tax - this was mandatory but came with a 30 dollar per day bar allowance) Shame they didn't explain that it had to be used daily. We tried to use the 90 dollars on the final day and we were told its 30 per day and we had lost the previous 60 (you can't buy two drinks for 30 so it seems a scam.

Really nice hotel, but it’s a party hotel.

Pros: The staff are very helpful and friendly and the management team are first class. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is great in downtown LA.

Cons: The pool on floor 8 is so so loud with disco music and we could hear it clearly in our room on the 18th floor. We stayed Friday to Monday and it played from the morning until 2am. When we complained the management team were brilliant with us, I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Amazing view and wonderful staff!!

Pros: Loved the bed, the view from the room and how helpful the staff was. Also a bonus to be so close to the Grammy museum.

Cons: The accomodation offered breakfast at the connected hotel next door, and I found that breakfast to be underwhelming. Also the area was a little difficult to navigate in as a tourist due to there being mostly tall apartment buildings.

Pros: Location, corner room, choice of restaurants and the gym.

Cons: Very disappointing the swimming pool was unavailable for one of the days due to preparations for a private function. It was an extremely hot day (35 degrees). Hotel guests pay hundreds of dollars to stay and should have priority and full access to all the facilities.

Cons: - Enforced consumption fee of USD 30.00 per day - Air conditioning in the lobby „windy“ at some places and temperature too low - Waiting time for the car sometimes too long (costs USD 58.00)
