It was an enjoyable stay with several good dining opportunities near to the hotel
Pros: . Room cleaning was slow to be completed each day but was good when done . Reception staff were great & really helpful . Pool area on roof top was good . Good location for getting around Hollywood. Comfortable bedding and fabulous big screen TV
Cons: On site food offering was moderate . Outdoor restaurant was lovely but very expensive & rather limited in choice . No drawers or wardrobe space in Room so hard to cope on a 9 days stay ! Room Service wasn’t really an option & no table or chair in the room - just a stool !

Pros: Really cool hotel. Loved the lobby/cafe area, a beautiful rooftop bar and great food on site. Lots of extras provided by the hotel which was a lovely touch.

Pros: Modern vibe hotel. The convenience of coffee in the lobby and easy access to all number one locations to visit such as walk of fame, sign, sunset blvd and so much more made this place so convenient. The staff were all incredible, couldn't fault them! Teresa who serviced our room was FANTASTIC! Would recommend this place to everyone and anyone!
Cons: The rooms are a little small, although we weren't there that often for this to affect the stay at all!

Great hotel & excellent location
Pros: Location excellent, food good, staff friendly & helpful, especially Nick on front desk. Front lobby great with bar, tea & coffee facilities, games to keep you occupied whilst waiting on lifts. Easy walking to Hollywood Blvd.
Cons: The girl serving on the bar in front lobby, needs to talk & smile ( friendly & helpful) would be appreciated.

Pros: Free credits daily to grab some food, in compensation for resort fee. Room was spacious and clean when checking in. Overall a pleasant experience despite the dislikes, as they were minor.
Cons: There was loud music at night which ended at midnight during our stay. They do highlight this when checking in, but no issues for us as we slept after the music stopped. Location requires a little walking to get to the main area of hollywood walk of fame. Staff did not clean our room even though we left at 10am and came back at 5pm, despite not putting any DND sign.

Great stay, would recommend! Awesome hotel and service!
Pros: Great room, very clean & classy. Food was also great. Make sure you have dinner at Katina, awesome Mexican! Location wise, it was close to everything we wanted to do - Universal, The Grove/Farmer’s Markets, restaurants & cafes etc.. The team that works at the hotel were great and were happy to assist with anything we needed. Will definitely book here if I holiday in LA again.
Cons: It was all great. If anything, the area around Hollywood Blvd and surrounding is a bit sketchy.

Convenient and clean
Pros: Very clean, staff was super friendly, quick and efficient.
Cons: It was not possibile to open the window to refresh the room. Also, as the bathroom was very big, I think some od the space could have been used to accomodate a small wardrobe in the room.

Pros: Everything was beyond expectations, the view, services, decor, etc!
Cons: Fees were not mentioned, therefore I panicked a little when I saw high amounts of security fees for each day of my stay

Pros: Great location, great staff, great room and great amenities. Beds were comfy and rooms were adequately spacious. Great coffee shop downstairs for a quite bite.
