Enjoyable stay in a lovely room

Pros: Very close to the Hollywood strip . Very nice staff and nice large rooms . Very clean

Cons: Parking expensive but valet was very good

Pros: Reception staff, housekeeping and the overall feel of the hotel were great. Rooms were clean and nicely designed. Location was great.

Cons: Breakfast wasn't great but I understand things are still setting themselves up. No gluten free or other intolerances accommodated. Room was quite noisy, there wasn't much of sound proofing.

Pros: Lovely lobby space, really charming rooms. Service was great and we were shifted rooms to a better view.

Cons: Breakfast was simple and a bit on the cheap side. Could be a better selection of fresh foods. 2nd room was disappointing as could hear the water in the pipes all night. Could be more social atmosphere in the lobby, rooftop bar didnt open on a friday and no food downstairs

Additional night with a couple of problems for rebooking

Pros: Added an additional night because of flight was cancelled. I was checked back into the same room I was previously in for 3 nights

Cons: Frustrating that the staff would not honour the price I found on booking.com as was quite a nig price difference I had to check out the room . Put my bags in storage for the day.. on return I was checked back into the same room. Had to pay another 150 deposit for the additional deposit despite the 450 from previous nights had not been debited back to my account. Also tried to charge me a smoking fee on the previous booking in which I do not smoke.

Lovely unique hotel

Pros: Loved the style and the decor of rooms. Unique and stylish. Great location and great value for money Bed was comfy and the huge bath tub was a highlight

Cons: Breakfast was very limited with basically pastry, toast and cereals. The hollywood area is a bit run down with questionable people walking the streets at night.

Pros: Great location for Hollywood fans - one block from the Walk of Fame and 10 mins walk from to the subway to go to L.A. downtown. Rooftop bar with the view of the Hollywood sign.

Cons: Staff could've been kinder. They answered all our questions and were helpful but they didn't meet the friendly, kind and smiley approach one would expect in the U.S.
