Iconic hotel that lived up to expectations. Will definitely be visiting again.

Pros: Friendly and helpful service from every member of staff I encountered. Really nice room with all the comforts you would expect at a hotel of this caliber. Dinner at the Polo lounge was excellent, good quality food and nice ambience. The complimentary upgrade was a nice touch.

A perfect hotel experience.

Pros: A simply wonderful hotel. Room was stunningly furnished. The Polo Lounge is a fantastic restaurant. Pool is terrific. There is a great little cheap coffee/breakfast spot on the lower level (Javier Bardem sat two seats down). But what makes it so special is that the staff are so friendly and helpful (thank you Frank). You might expect a bit of snobbish attitude but that simply isn’t the case. Everyone is so welcoming. There is a BMW town car available to take you anywhere within 3 miles (I think) which was very handy.

Cons: Can’t be faulted.
