Excellent

Pros: Very comfortable, cozy and stylish rooms. Ironing board, iron, water, coffee, tea - everything is provided. Spacious gym. Great staff. Amazing views. Nice shower gel and body lotion. Enjoyable pool area with towels provided.

Pleasant warm and highly proffesional staff

Pros: I didn’t take breakfast as I m vegan and there was nothing for me. The location is perfect. I think u should add a light robe in every room On the overall all was perfect. Ron was perfect and compassionate. He helped me a lot. He is excellent Anibal and Armando too were very helpful. Thank u

Pros: Great hotel for exploring LA with a family. Safe, friendly and comfortable.

Cons: Expensive parking, noise from street came through the windows, breakfast not good value for money

Cons: The menu in the bar was not very appealing. It was also quite limited. I think if there was a better menu more people might eat in rather than go out for meals.

Good hotel with excellent food

Pros: The food in the restaurant is very very good. The hotel is generally good. The valet is mandatory and you can’t park it yourself. I guess this of ok as the price was shown on their website.

Cons: During checkin the staff member was not do nice, however all others were nice. There are not enough sun umbrellas in the pool.

Overall a very memorable and unique experience

Pros: A very clean and perfectly located hotel; Brigitte gave us amazing rooms overseeing Beverly Hills and LA in the first part of the stay. Thank you so much! We changed our plans for the second half of the stay - Saif did an amazing job, first finding us 2 rooms in a fully booked hotel, and secondly gave us again wonderful rooms on the 12th floor. This has rounded up our entire experience and vacation for the best!

Cons: The rooms on the 3rd floor got older, missing some equipment as lamps and having dirty carpets.

LOVELY

Pros: We have stayed at the hotel previously, love the location and the Hotel has all the facilities we need

Cons: When a family of four staying the room has no floor space to open up cases and hardly any hanging space for clothes. No extractor/ventilation to the bathroom so when family getting ready the room has lots of condensation. Needs somewhere to hang wet towels to dry and use again.
