Clean and quiet

Pros: Clean and quiet despite all the chaos around. Parking was good. Coffee shop was handy.

Cons: It felt pretty sketchy around. Wouldnt want to walk the streets .

Pros: Staff were amazing and very clean and safe. Area not great but felt very safe at hotel. Great coffee and grab a waymo for some fun

Pros: Hotel was very clean they clean your room every day. We had breakfast that was good and we had one drink included. Great hotel and excellent workers.

Nice stay. Good location. Good price.

Pros: Nice room with good breakfast options. In a good location close to the city centre. Had parking available at a decent price. Staff were helpful.

Cons: Small lift. One of the deposit payments was not charged correctly and it took time for them to correct.

Good but not worth the price

Pros: Comfortable bed and pillows, great room lay out and very nice bathroom. Didn’t know there was a pool when i booked so that was a nice surprise! The pool area was great :)

Cons: Poor breakfast the hashbrowns were completely raw and still hard. Not much option for vegetarians. Some of the cleaners are very rude! Definitely need better training. Room was dirty but thankfully someone came to clean it when i complained. Also a lady woke me up at 3am screaming and asking for help outside my door, i didn’t go out for my own safety.

Pros: The hotel was really good I felt safe and they cleaned the room everyday. Breakfast was fresh and quite filling. Reception is very friendly. The kiosk feature was too good . Didn't realize I was talking to a live person for sometime :-D. The beds were super comfortable, slept like a log.

Cons: It's not the hotel's issue but the neighborhood is quite a place. Feels really unsafe after dark if you are walking towards hotel from mac Arthur metro station but the hotel is a metro ride away to downtown, union Station and even universal studio .. very convenient .

Pros: Lovely hotel. Everything you need in the rooms. Clean and comfortable

Pros: Friendly staff...easy check in..... good facilities on the premises. Room was spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast choices. There was also an online reception available. Parking available for a reasonable daily rate.

Cons: Although there was a laundry on site, and reception advised that they could provide the coins necessary to use the machines, I was unable to get same on three separate occasions. Didn't take away from an overall good experience......

Spacious and clean

Pros: The hotel change the name so I search for the location because I know that is always clean

Excellent place for those traveling on a budget

Pros: Location and outside of the hotel looks a little sketchy, but there are sketchy areas everywhere nowadays. Once you make it inside, the hotel itself is very modern and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. I was there for 5 days with my family. Check in process was quick and easy, they provided 2 room keys and our breakfast tickets for our stay. Breakfast was good, exactly what you'd expect of a continental breakfast. The breakfast attendant was polite and very helpful. Actually, I should say, everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping ladies were just so lovely and helpful with anything we needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced stay with all the amenities.

Cons: As a guest, you are charged 11$ a night to use the hotel parking, which we had never encountered before but it seems you have to pay everywhere to park in L.A. so I guess it's the norm. Just something we weren't expecting or accustomed to.
