A vacation under the stars

Pros: Located a short walk to a quiet beach, this property had a wonderful outdoor set up. We grilled out one night and used their firepit on the other night. They even have a cozy set up inside the garage although we did not need it this trip as the weather was very good. It is a family friendly arrangement, and because you are outside of town you can really see all of the stars as well as the sunsets.

Cons: A short welcome paper with all the details about the rental and the amenities along with a set of matching kitchenware/cookware would really take this property to the perfect 10 level.

Overall, we had a great stay and were pleased with the property.

Pros: Location and ability to walk to private La Conchita beach entrance was awesome!

Cons: Neither bedroom had any working lights so we were moving living room/office lamps at night into the bedrooms so we could have a bit of light. The thermostat control also did not have batteries so wasn't usable.

Exceptional Beautiful Home

Pros: It was a beautiful home loved it. We had an amazing time it was one of the best places we have stayed at. We will definitely return hopefully soon. Need to save some money but for sure be returning. Host was great! Loved the location by the beach. Best trip ever.

Our stay was nice and comfortable.

Pros: Very clean, nice and well loved property, very welcoming owner. We didn't find a walkway to the beach, and had to drive there.

Cons: Printed directions how to access the beach would be nice.

Geweldige locatie, huiselijk en dichtbij Santa Barbara en LA

Pros: Fantastische plek, twee slaapkamers, ruime tuin met alle faciliteiten. Dichtbij Santa Barbara, wel een auto nodig aangezien de woning in een klein dorpje aan de weg zit waar uitsluitend woningen staan
