Great location, friendly staff nice comfy hotel

Pros: The hotel was close to all attractions we wanted to see and a lot in walking distance. Staff were very helpful and had pretty much what you needed

Cons: Only thing I can fault is that the place you could smoke is at the front of the building. They should allow a section up at the pool area

Fantastic location, wonderful staff, and incredible views.

Pros: Such a great location — close to lots of theaters, shops, restaurants, nightlife, and the metro station — basically right on the Walk of Fame. The heated swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, and the Hollywood Sign panorama is simply idyllic. The staff were wonderful and the hotel offers very good value for money. I couldn’t ask for more, especially with the amazing view from our family room on the 17th floor. Thank you for your hospitality! Special thanks to James at reception for the professional check-in service and helpful information.

Classic Loews, good value

Pros: Relaxed, spacious, self-parking was a good option - easily accessible, and comfortable beds provided good sleep. Having coffee in the room was helpful each morning to help fight our jet lag.

Cons: All was fine, maybe the drinks in the bar were not consistent in quality

Pros: Comfortable room, good location in centre of Hollywood. Staff very friendly. Good facilities. Received a complimentary upgrade on arrival which was appreciated

Cons: A couple of minor cleaning issues. Be careful of surroundings once outside the hotel.
