Ajay, on reception, was very helpful, friendly and courteous; he made all the difference to my stay

Pros: The room was comfortable and quiet (at the back, away from the road)

Cons: I was on the fourth floor and the only way up and down was by elevator (not including fire escape stairs)

Cons: slow elevator, and the fact that they don't clean your room if you're there for more than 2 days, although there should be a broom in the room so you can sweep it yourself
