TownePlace Suites by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne

Pros: In august 24 25 26 27/2025 I stayed here with my girlfriend and my family for four nights.We were together in the same room with two Double bed and a sofà bed.We had a problem with the sofà bed but the receptionist and the general manager were truly fast to solve and to find the perfect solution for us!!! Above all the manager,a young man,was very kind and under standing..in this place you feel at home!!

Pros: Everything we needed for a 1 night stay at the start & end of our trip.

Cons: The check in lady told us there was no food options close to us and we would have to walk a while only to know the location was close to so many food options and we walked to many of them. Because of the incorrect information we spent double the money on dinner ordering via Uber Eats. We felt very let down

Pros: It was clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful.

Fine if you need to stay near the airport

Pros: Great airport hotel with nice pool, kitchenette and a very comfortable lobby if you need to wait around for your flight after checkout. Good breakfast buffet options.

Cons: The surrounding neighbourhood does not feel that safe - we preferred not to leave the hotel, and it really is a long way from LA's attractions. The advertised pizza restaurant on the premises was disappointing. Pool rules not enforced during our stay - a large group (loudly) monopolised the pool area from midday until about 5am (well beyond the advertised operating hours).

Short and Sweet

Pros: They were completely booked up and the front desk did everything to accommodate us with early check in. We had an early show to be.

Cons: Nothing everything was great. If I had to complain is the greedy cliente piling up their plates during breakfast.

Very good stay

Pros: Amazing property very family friendly excellent staff and services very comfortable sleep

Very nice accommodation, very friendly attendants, great location and free parking.

Pros: Big room very comfortable, really nice kitchen, very nice pillow and sheets.

Cons: Breakfast so crowded with few options of fruits.

Our stay was great, staff was friendly & helpful.

Pros: Breakfast had plenty of options to choice from & location was okay, felt safer given the police station is right around the corner.

Cons: The pool could stay open a little longer on the weekends.

Pros: Hash browns would have been good. Loved the cereal options.
