Quiet and relaxing

Pros: Breakfast was great . Pool and hot tub area clean and quiet

Cons: Just a bit far out for us as we didn’t have a car but very near metro station

Close to the beaches, airport and freeways.

Pros: The accommodation was perfect for our needs with all the facilities we needed. Would not hesitate in recommending or staying here again.

Cons: Nothing much I didn't like. As we had a car it was easy to get around. I imagine it would not be as desirable if you didn't have transportation.

Pros: The room was large and very comfortable. Bed was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Couldn't get internet connection.

Pros: Muy buenas instalaciones, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Buena limpieza. Una gran opcion con excelente relacion calidad precio. Buenas opciones de desayuno.

Cons: Staff did not help with an accident my daughter had

Easy access from the staff people are great private quiet would stay again

Cons: Just OK property was old, but things were working conditions. New updates needed for the wrong cabinets, toilet shower, showerheads, mattresses, chair, couches, etc..

Bien passé dans l’ensemble.

Pros: Appartement spacieux et agréable. Petit-déjeuner très variés, beaucoup de choix et très bon.

Cons: Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyer tous les jours et le sol n’a jamais été fait. Check in : Accueil moyenne par une personne peu patiente avec les touristes qui ont fait plus de 8h de route et qui ne maîtrisent pas l’anglais à 100%. Commentaire limite venant de cette personne en sachant probablement pas que nous allions comprendre.

Our stay was fun and relaxing.

Pros: Breakfast was very delicious! The night time bonfire was fun to sit around. The hotel was very close to the building we needed to go to the next day, great restaurants and beaches nearby. We drove the Venice beach to see the canals.

Cons: There was a bit of an unpleasant conversation with the manager checking us in. My 5 year old needed to use the restroom while we checked in and the manager refused to answer my question after I asked 3 different times regarding where the lobby restroom was. We had driven 3 hours to get to the hotel and my 5 yr needed to pee. I had already given the manager my id and my name. I sternly told him the urgency and he finally told me where it was. The room was nice and clean but had allergies flare up - maybe dog hair in the circulating in the a/c. We were on the first floor and there were dogs in other rooms on the same floor.
