Very nice stay.

Pros: Overall stay was good. Room nice. Staff polite and easy to check out.

Cons: Laundry- I didn't have quarters, desk had no quarters, there's an app but min to download is $10. I had only1 load and would have never used the remaining $. I was charged twice for the room 1 on booking.com and 1 on a different card when I pre-checked in and gave the desk. The girls Gen and Manager took care of right away for me. No issues there. The system should be tweaked to recognize the bookings card used or something. I forgot which card I used weeks prior to my reservation. Woops my bad. Room was for 4 people and room only had 2 towels and body soap had little to no soap. Both things we got from front office. Both very minor things.

Pros: Lovely facilities. Attentive staff. Good breakfast options. Even though there were a lot of construction workers staying there, it was remarkably quiet. Coffee available 24 hours

Cons: Fridge froze what we put in it, but as soon as maintenance found out, they remedied the situation

Structure with class.

Pros: Everything. About the hotel is vip first class, all the way. Works are so kind and sweet and well-mannered. They're very professional and classy and I will stay here any day. I love this hotel.

Cons: Nothing really, maybe the parking can be a little more structured and guard it. The windows in the room can I have a little more league way to open to get fresh air.
