Overall, it was a decent one night stay.

Pros: The bed was comfortable. We received vouchers for dinner, breakfast, and a free drink at the bar.

Cons: The toilet was broken so the sound of running water was annoying. The heater/ac unit was very loud. There was numerous homeless people around the hotel.

OXFORD SUITES in Lancaster will always get my $$$

Pros: The customer service is always exceptional. This was our 2nd time visiting and the manager remembered us. The front desk folks are amazing and a joy to talk with. Maya who does the evening happy hour is fabulous as well. We have truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back for a visit. Thank you so much!

Cons: I wish the ice machines was working on the 4th floor.

Great staff, clean room, disappointed with room size and configuration, room was noisy at night.

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable. Bath/shower was spacious. Everything was very clean.

Cons: Booked a room with one queen size bed - bed size my husband and I sleep in at home. The size of the room did NOT accommodate two people. There was barely room to walk around or even set up suitcases. The room design is not like a single king or a double queen. The vanity area is within sight of the sleeping area. One of us could not turn on the vanity light without it shining in the eyes of the other still sleeping in bed. I've stayed at other Oxford Suites and breakfast usually had fresh fruit. Fruit consisted of frozen peaches which were still frozen. They do not have enough seating for breakfast at this location. The room was on the East side of the building facing the freeway. Blackout curtains did not keep out the early morning sun. Plus, soundproofing was not sufficient to keep out freeway noise.

Pros: Comfortable for a one night stay. Location is good in the way to Death Valley. Great breakfast.

Pros: What a surprise.....they served a full cook to order breakfast and in the evening they had a light supper plus a drink at the bar all included in the room price......unbelievable. Tommy, the chef was incredible, so skilled plus so kind and great personality. I would stay here again anytime we are in or near Lancaster, Ca. The room was very clean and very comfortable bed. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful at all times.
