Motel 6 Highland CA San Bernardino East

Perfect for our plans

Pros: Modern design, very clean & comfortable, great AC. Perfectly located for getting to our concert at the near by Yamaava casino. Very friendly staff :)

Cons: No drinking water in the room & vending machine was out of order. Neighborhood seems a little rougher so wouldnt walk around too far at night. But property & hotel feel safe.

Unexpected gem for the location.

Pros: The hotel smelled SO good from first walk in to elevator to hallways...very fresh and clean. Minimalist decor. Simple, but nice. Love that the carpets have been removed from floors.

Cons: The neighborhood looked a bit concerning as we drove to the motel. Walking into building and being greeted with bullet proof glass at check in was also disconcerting. However, receptionist assured us we were safe. We had no problems.

Relaxing

Pros: The staff were very courteous and helpful. \

Cons: The transient population outside of the motel.

Comfort, convenience at the right price

Pros: Lots of parking, conveniently located and the staff was nice. The rooms were clean and staff supplied us with the needed amenities. Also to know that it's pet friendly is a plus.

Cons: No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms.

Pros: Parking lot sketchy characters . View from room into trash lot next door with makeshift cardboard homeless shelters.

Cons: Cameras or security in parking lot or hotel rate to commensurate with area.

VERY PLEASANT STAY

Pros: VERY CLEAN ROOMS AND EXTREMELY COURTEOUS STAFF. EXCELLENT RATES

Cons: SHOULD HAVE IN ROOM COFFEE

I was happy with my choice and would repeat the experience.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and convenient property near the Yamaava Casino. I stayed here to attend a concert at the casino and this worked perfectly for me.

Cons: Better if you have a car.

Pros: The facility. The fellow that checked me in, I cannot remember his name, was very personable, helpful, and all around great. The facility was very busy with many group for a soccer tournament and the staff was great with them and my party. We were treated better there than some of the 5 star rated facilities we've been to.

Cons: We arrived at shift change.

Day trip Yammava concert

Pros: We had a great stay at Motel 6! The location is perfect — right down the street from Yaamava' Resort & Casino, which made everything so convenient. The front desk girl was so sweet and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was great — nice and clean, which we really appreciated. We also loved that they had vending machines and microwaves down in the lobby. It made our stay even more comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

Cons: The only things we didn’t really like were the pillows, which were very hard and uncomfortable, and the chair in the room looked like it might have been dirty. Everything else about our stay was great, but those small details would definitely make the experience even better if improved.

Pros: Very nice and clean, I love it when pet friendly staff 😀 location are great !
