Highland Inn - San Bernardino

Absolutely loved it.!!

Pros: Loved everything about the Highland Inn. Its spacious, from the bed space to the room. They are ALWAYS clean, quiet, and respectful. The Maid service ladies are a doll. They are the sweetest and let's you know if they have to come later for anything. When you request anything they are on top of it.! I have booked here twice and both times the rooms and staff were exceptional. My kids love it here as well. Even though all rooms are no smoking its still the best place I've stayed at in San Bernardino. I don't mind sitting out in the car or standing outside to smoke because its clean and no one is just sitting out on the property.

Cons: I have no complaints. The place is amazing.!!

Pros: La atención del personal de recepción, fue amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente, es un lugar pequeño y seguro, las habitaciones son recien remodeladas y te sientes cómodo al dormir, totalmente recomendable

Worth it!

Pros: I noticed the property is under new management and I can see the improvements been made. The front desk agent was very helpful, patient, courteous, and helped make an already stressful day before I checked in a whole lot better.

Cons: All was fine truthfully. I can nitpick about the hot water taking a while to get going but that is normal everywhere. I enjoyed my stay and would be returning.

It was a nice place to stay for one night. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: I liked that everything was new. I also liked that it’s just walking distance from a shopping center.

Cons: What I did not like so much was that because of the remodelling we were missing in the room a chair or sofa to sit down. There wasn’t a fridge to store food or drinks. The windows were not sealed or thick enough so the whole night we could hear the street sounds. That kept waking us up. The AC units need to be replaced. They are a bit old and their functions need replacing.

Pros: Absolutely love the upgrade room and huge comfortable king bed!!

Cons: Hot water didn’t get hot but once the office was notified they put a work order in to remedy the situation

Pros: Hey Boss!! This rFlexibility. The 2 owners or want to be addressed iare genuinely nice guys and appreciate them so much. Like normally them kinda dudes, they don't give a shit about you or your situation. They could careless. But not these 2 guys. You guys are the best. Thanks for everything .

Cons: Like every where else, I'm disappointed they don't have any porn channels
