Pros: The proximity to the town was perfect. The facilities such as the pool, fitness room, billard tables, etc. was great.

Cons: I wish that the kitchen was stocked with more kitchen utensils and extra essentials such as tupperware, ziploc bags, foil and basic spices that are needed to cook and store food easily.

Magic at Big Bear Lake!

Pros: This place was wonderful in all aspects. The location, the cleanliness, the facilities and staff all contribute to my review of 5 stars. It felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay walking distance to the town and close to all major attractions at Big Bear.

Will return to this hotel when we travel back from Australia.

Pros: Facilities in the room, washer and dryer was a must for a family of 6!

Cons: Not the hotels problem, we did end up having a dead animal in a cavity wall which smelt terrible.

Great location and relatively easy drive from LA.

Pros: Location was great. Apartment was clean and well presented.

Cons: Garage was super narrow - very difficult to park a SUV. The drip filter coffee provided was the worst I’ve ever tasted. Power shorted out in main bed room and wasn’t fixed during our stay.

Pros: Location in the village. Contact with the front desk throughout our stay. Amount of space in the room and layout was great for four adults.

Cons: Someone in our parking spot, but that was resolved after a few hours.

Increíble!

Pros: El complejo es muy bonito y seguro. La villa es muy bonita, mucho más de lo que imaginé. Fue perfecta para una familia de 5; la cocina muy equipada y los dos baños muy bonitos, cómodos, modernos. Las habitaciones y camas muy cómodas y espaciosas. La villa está perfectamente ubicada, caminas 2 minutos y ya estás en The Village (el área de tiendas y restaurantes). Me hospedaría nuevamente sin dudarlo.

Cons: El check out es a las 10am (es muy temprano). Por lo menos debería será a las 12. Solicitamos 30 minutos más y nos los concedieron sin problema.
