Would def stay here again!

Pros: This property was walking distance to the village :) the lake was one block from property.

Cons: Heater and bed are a bit outdated.

Good jn a pinch

Pros: Easy access to points of interest. Short walk to food.

Cons: No staff on site. Parking lot is small and parking spots are not well defined.

A Great Value

Pros: It was super close to Big Bear Mountain. It was clean and felt safe. There was contactless check-in. It was very clean, even the ceiling fan didn’t have dust on it. There was a lovely gas fireplace.

Cons: My room didn’t have a smoke detector.

Pros: It’s a great location! It feels private and quiet but it’s super close to the village and other things. It’s definitely not anything super high end but perfect for a one night sleep. I definitely will go back.

Cons: The bed frame was super squeaky and the pillows could be replaced. Also the shower was pretty intense and there wasn’t a way to change the way the water was coming out - it was a really strong mist that was kind of painful and it made for a very wet bathroom environment. Everything got soaked.

Good value!

Pros: The room was comfortable and as advertised, spacious with a table and chairs, little kitchenette area and a fireplace. Good location, walkable to many restaurants, bars, stores etc. It is a self check in process and no one is physically on the property, but it was very easy to communicate with staff via text and phone if needed. Parking on site.

We just wanted to give back to the local community that was ravished by the fire thank God nobody got hurt. Oh no proper

Pros: It was clean. It didn’t smell the blankets sheets. Everything was clean. Will lit the facilities where very nice no problems at all. 100% great room.

Cons: So they’re coming in and out of the property is very difficult when you have thousands of cars passing by and they do not let you in so going in and out of the property is a challenge

A Must Stay

Pros: I liked that it was only a walk away from the lake. And down the street from the beautiful village. And the contactless check in was a big plus!

Pros: The rooms are exactly as pictured. Super easy to check in and everything we expected. Our dog was able to stay with us and loved to play outside in the play area. Recommended!

You need to fix your outdoor stairs. Dangerous

Pros: The size of the room, fire place, the little kitchen. The clean room.

Cons: The handle of the stairs was loose and going up the stairs it could be very dangerous and hazardous. I'm disabled and it was a little hard going up the stairs.

Comfortable

Pros: Good environment. Water tap was making Wired sound. But others are good.

Cons: Service is good.
