My family and I would come back, during non raining season to experience more of what Big Bear has to offer.

Pros: It was good. Considering it was only one night, I thought it was cozy and very relaxing. It was a raining New Year’s Eve, but there were a lot of options to choose from to go out to eat, and explore. The room was comfortable, decent size room. We had breakfast the next day in the hotel, and it was decent. I had the French toast and chilaquiles. The chilaquiles although were not my favorite, they need some spice to them, the French toast were great! Overall my family and I had a great time, we would stay here again.

Cons: Even though we didn’t get to experience the pool , I did notice the outside needs some work, specially around the pool area.

Beautiful weekend for the wedding.

Pros: Wonderful staff. Very helpful with a 4 check in and a 3 wedding to attend.

Cons: Never saw the lake. Loud walking above us. Buffet only in Stillwell's.

Pros: Very central, beautiful hotel, friendly staff! They helped us find my son's missing monster truck and saved the day!

Cons: No child cribs available. We booked with the free breakfast for our family, however what we did not realize is that even when booking a room for 4 people, the free breakfast is only for 2 people, and on Sundays they only have the buffet option for which the free breakfast covers half of the price. This was more of a booking.com issue as the restaurant was not affiliated with the hotel but it was pretty upsetting. Would have been cheaper to book without the breakfast and eaten somewhere nearby.

Looking forward to staying here again!

Pros: The onsite breakfast option was pretty solid. Good selection of foods, easily accessible, and the chef at the omelette bar was very kind!

Cons: The fact that you can't pick a room on a higher floor is tough. Somewhat thin walls and ceilings. It's not entirely the staffs fault or the properties fault per-say, but good luck to you if there's a ton of noise above you.
