Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very new and spotlessly clean. The design and decoration were elegant yet cozy, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The service was especially impressive — the staff were attentive, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Pros: This was our first trip to Big Bear, I was very careful in choosing our place of stay. I saw the photo and realized that this is it… . Stylish, compact, comfortable and cozy. Contactless check-in is a feature of this complex. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, each house has its own name and charm. The lake is not far away, shops too, and most importantly, silence. I am very glad that I did not make a mistake with the choice. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Fantastic lodge in Big Bear!!

Pros: Location was great, short walk or cycle to the lake and town. The house was awesome, lots of facilities, full kitchen, spa, shuffle board and more. Beds super comfy and comms with the host were second to none. Great stay!

Peaceful retreat

Pros: Immaculately clean. Great decor. Quiet and peaceful yet well situated for all things to do with the lake. Check in super easy and responsive team. Swing the coyote pups on the field at the end of the road was an added bonus

Cons: Difficult to find anything to be honest.

Pros: I liked the clean and beautifully decorated accommodation. It was cold outside, but it quickly warmed up and everything was comfortable. The host also kindly sent us a text message. Will visit again.

Cons: It was inconvenient why there were only three kitchen table chairs. They said a family of 4 could stay.

Pros: The cabin had beautiful decor, fabulous communication, cozy beds, Very clean, Interesting and unique, Great tv options, it was just a really cool unique place to stay ! I Just loved the way the room was styled.

Pros: Map made it easy to find, had a designated parking spot.

Cons: Address was somewhat hard to find at night.
