Pros: Clear Recently renovated, so everything is still new

Cons: The air conditioning has not been replaced yet; it is old and makes a lot of noise.

Pros: Very friendly staff. They checked me in 2 hours earlier no question asked. Room was very clean and a nice desk for working. Bathroom was renovated and spacious. Nearby there plenty of good Asian-cousine restaurants and many car rental options around.

Great time to stay, no issue

Pros: Close to freeway 22, stores, shopping, and restaurants, etc.

Cons: Average room but Prices $$ per night was little too high!! (Compare to others on Booking.com)

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante

Pros: L’hotel si trova nel distretto coreano con una forte presenza della comunità coreana. Camera molto grande e bagno con lavandino separato e doccia molto ampia e calda. Cambio asciugamani e pulizia camera tutti giorni. Presenza asse e ferro da stiro Possibilità di utilizzare (in qualsiasi momento dell’anno) la piscina e la jacuzzi con possibilità di riscaldarla. Presenza di un ampio parcheggio. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Cons: Colazione non propriamente americana, mancanza di bacon, uova strapazzate e patate al forno.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: Loved that they had 24hr desk service as I was getting into town at 3am and needed to check-in at that hour. So accommodating

Pros: Amazing staff and amazing hotel over all! 10/10 recommend 😌

Cons: Location was a bit out of the way from Disneyland but that’s preference of course.

Pros: Lots of parking, the room was clean, and breakfast was ok

Cons: The air-conditioning was noisy

Pros: There is a lounge bar call Itango with live band playing Vietnamese and English music.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and willing to point us in the right direction when we got turned around due to construction going on, but they did have signs to help as well! Everything was very clean and the breakfast was great, we appericiated that it lasted until 10 unlike other hotels we've stayed at.

Cons: If you want to use the jacuzzi you need to notify staff 30 minutes in advance so it'll be hot; we weren't aware but used it anyway. It honestly was nice and warm so we didn't mind that it wasn't the usual heat. Just something to note for people who do like the jacuzzi to be hot.

Pros: Room is good size and clean. Night front desk was rude but morning front desk was very nice.

Cons: Breakfast needs to improve.
