Cons: Breakfast can be switched up a bit. Different selection on some days

Fantastic stay, fantastic hotel!

Pros: Great amenities, the pool and spa were great and the hotel is nice and quiet for guests. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff were brilliant.

Pros: The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable.

Cons: The lighting in the room is insufficient.

Lovely stay in a nice hotel not far for Disney or the Convention Centre.

Pros: Nice big rooms, plenty of storage space if staying for a long period. Good TV. Opposite a Target so easy to get snacks and supplies, however the on site shop was small but excellent with amazing staff.

Cons: Nothing to report at all.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay—comfortable bed, clean room, delicious breakfast, but the lounge snacks were inconsisten

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Garden Grove - Anaheim South. The lounge area was lovely, and staying on the upper floors was a great experience. The bed was very comfortable, with soft cotton bedding and a cozy duvet. The room was exceptionally clean, and we even had a beautiful white bathrobe and slippers—though only one set, even though we were a couple. The breakfast was delicious, and overall, the service and atmosphere were excellent.

Cons: The lounge area is expected to offer a variety of snacks, but in the evening upon our arrival, we only saw chips, different types of dry cookies, tea, and a small selection of fruit. The next day, however, none of these snacks were available at all. Additionally, at check-in, we asked the front desk about the latest possible check-out time, as we had access to the club lounge. The manager informed us that we could check out at 12:00 PM, so we planned accordingly. However, it seemed that housekeeping was not aware of our late check-out, as they were already prepared to clean our room while we were still packing. The housekeeper was very polite and did not rush us, but the situation made us feel that we needed to leave quickly.

Hotel was clean and always welcoming. Rooms are a generous size with a nice size bathroom . We would stay here again.

Pros: Warm welcome when we arrived and even delivered a tray of sweet treats to our room to congratulate us on our wedding anniversary celebrations which was a lovely surprise.

Cons: Lack of somewhere to get a snack or hot drink when returning from a day out . Limited options at the bar . I did pop over to Starbucks inside of target just over the road .

Good place to stay

Pros: The staff was very friendly, very helpful, the location is good, a reasonable distance from Disneyland by bus or Uber. The food is good. I suggest that they improve by installing scales to weigh suitcases, it would be an excellent service for travelers. It would also be good to have a larger gift shop.

California trip

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, especially if you are going to the Disneyland resort, but also if you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. The rooms are spacious with large and comfortable beds. The parking lot is charged extra, but there are always free spaces. We had a comfortable stay at the hotel.

Cons: Somewhat outdated furniture in the room. Breakfast was literally identical every day. A very interesting solution for opening hot water in the bathroom, where a huge amount of water is consumed.

Pros: Bath tub should be glass door not old curtain. Nice clean hotel. No shuttle to disney

Pros: Great location and so clean One of very few hotels that clean rooms each day

Cons: Bar closes at 11pm
