Handy Location and Value for Money

Pros: Good Stay. Value for Money. The staff were helpful. Hot breakfast was served daily. The stay was near to Disneyland so that was a bonus point.

Cons: The housekeeping is not done daily. We had to request this every time to get the room cleaned and toiletries replenished.

Cons: I would improve the breakfast. There was not always hot water for tea.

Pros: The staff at Garden Grove are awesome and friendly, and also keen to help, very polite and happy to assist with any requests. Location was great for us, easy access to Hwys. Room size was awesome, three adults stayed and we didn't pumb into each other, plenty of space. Great job guys! We will be back.

Pros: I stayed there for the produce conference and had a great time , clean rooms , near to all facilities

Pros: Good options for breakfast, clean place. Little kitchen with utensils.

Cons: Not much to dislike, we stayed for 2 nights the kitchen came with dish soap it was weird that it was not there when we came back to the room after the 2nd night.

Pros: Me gustó mucho el espacio dentro de la habitación era suficiente, cómodo y una decoración impecable. Me gustó mucho el desayuno, qué incluyera pescado fue espectacular.

Cons: Pensé tenía cocina, luego en el lugar me di cuenta que no. Para mi la cocineta sin cocina pierde su gusto. La piscina no la vi anunciada hasta que la vi desde el gimnasio, podría incluirse qué existe en la hoja de bienvenida.

Pros: We went to what I paid 2,100 for and this was cozy little house in garden grove. To out horror and absolute nightmare the lady did not answer the door and we had no place to go. I called this lady and she said she doesn't do booking anymore and I was out of luck. So I quickly found on booking .com in a panic home2 Hilton. Thank goodness they helped us. I had my sister and my dogs and I am sick can't take much. I've been here since Tues. I need a refund for that stay the lady did not even open the front door to tell me we were out of luck now in going to try to book another week thru this app to stay here at the home 2 Hilton . Thank you for your attention to this matter I need a refund plz $2,100 is a lot of money for nothing right ? We've stayed here now for 4 notes and the breakfast is amazing and free the kitchenettes are lovely and the staff so great. They have spin cycle too. This place is great.

Cons: This area here is not good but staying on premisis is wonderful there are a lot of scary people wondering around at nite but we stay in so no problem .

Memorable stay we will book more in the future
