Pros: Top Location in a silent and safe area. Really good communication with the host.

Excellent stay - really worth the price!

Pros: Excellent stay, the unit is equipped with everything you need and even extra! You can also do laundry. Super clean, and very quiet at night.

Cons: Some improvements that I could suggest: the bed/mattress in the bedroom next to the bathroom was very squeaky. It would be nice to have Netflix and Hulu already logged in at the TV.

Pros: Everything is very clean and new. Great attention to details - very well thought. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The area is very quiet and safe. We highly recommend this property and would definitely want to stay here again if we go back to LA.

Cons: The internet is a bit slow. Prime Video was also lagging when we tried to watch something while waiting to use the toilet.

Pros: I recently stayed at this Airbnb and couldn't be happier with my experience. The space is very new, modern, and surprisingly spacious, making it incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive vibe. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Pros: Very cosy, quiet and clean! Newly refurbished. Has got everything you need.

Cons: If you park on the street, take care to turn the car in the right direction, otherwise you can get a fine (like we did). Note that you are not renting the whole property as it has two units, but with separate entrances.

Pros: We stayed in Unit A which is the two-bedroom unit accessed via the main door on the front of the house. What a lovely, quiet, sunny place to call home for the two weeks we stayed! The quiet neighborhood is all residential, and walkable. We appreciated the on-street parking. We were able to work on our laptops during the day as the wifi signal was great. We enjoyed the lovely landscaped yard with flowering and fruit shrubs. There is comfortable outdoor furniture to sit on and and enjoy the California weather. The fully fenced property felt very exclusive and private. In the evening, we enjoyed the top notch large screen tv to keep up with our favorite series and movies!

Cons: There isn't really anything to complain about. One of the mattresses was just a bit squeaky and bouncy for my taste. The other one was nice and firm. We'd flip a coin each night to see who would get which room!
