Perfect spot that's comfortable with a super friendly host.

Pros: Literally the perfect spot and extremely affordable considering. The host was great and really knowledgeable about the area. When we arrived, he welcomed us in and gave us some great tips. Super friendly.

Cons: Nothing. Maybe if you're severely allergic to cats, that could be a problem, but I am, and they weren't allowed in the room, and I had no problems. We didn't have access to an AC, but with LA weather, this wasn't a problem.
